Overview

Founded in 1831, Fujii Honke uses water from the Echigawa River and locally produced rice to brew their sake. They offers delicious seasonal sake and brewery events. You can also take a tour of the brewery, enjoying the traditional atmosphere while deepening your understanding of brewing and Japanese sake. (Participation in the tour is free but a prior reservation is required).
