One of the longest-standing trout cultivation farms in Japan, established in 1878. The grounds include a museum, aquarium and pond for fishing, providing fun for the whole family. You can cook and eat the fish you catch on-site, or purchase and carry them home.

Spot No. 3 Ibukiyama Driveway
A drive course located 2km from the Sekigahara IC on the Meishin Expressway, 17km in length and reaching all the way to Mr. Ibukiyama. You can see beautiful crimson leaves in the fall, and in particular the region around a height of 900m has many trees and so is a popular spot.

The tallest mountain in Shiga, Mt. Ibukiyama is 1,377m tall, with a summit that can be reached by hiking or a driveway. There are natural flower fields at the summit, providing beautiful scenery from spring to fall.
